The two days event is aimed at bringing together women who have not only achieved success but have found a voice and chair at the leadership table, we bring together women thriving in their fields, great women leaders who will share their struggles, journey, and success stories with other aspiring women.
Women in leadership roles are at an all-time high considering the stereotypes and challenges they face. there is an increasing number of women leaders leaving their jobs, women now sort for companies that prioritize career advancement, flexibility, well being, as well as diversity, equity and inclusion. Despite modest gains in representation in leadership, the gender gap widens and there is still a long way to go.
It has now become important more than ever for women leaders to sit and discuss how they can build equitable workplace where women can thrive, promote career development and inclusive leadership. This year’s theme is Bridging the Gap! Which would highlight the paradigm shift of the new-age leadership while paving the way for the next generation of women leaders.
